Job Description

We're partnering with a fast-growing healthcare technology startup - Series A - that is expanding its Customer Success team and looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own and grow some of its most strategic customer relationships.

This person will own relationships with some of the company’s largest customers, helping them get the most out of the platform while strengthening relationships, driving retention, and uncovering opportunities for growth.

Location: Fully Onsite, Manhattan, NY

Compensation: Base salary $130k - $170k.

What You’ll Do

• Own a portfolio of enterprise customers , serving as their primary point of contact from onboarding through ongoing partnership and expansion.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations.
• Develop a deep understanding of the platform and help customers maximize the value they receive from the product.
• Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Monitor account health, customer engagement, and key trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage multiple customer initiatives and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and other internal teams to solve customer challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve Customer Success processes and help build scalable systems as the organization grows.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of Customer Success experience within a high-growth SaaS environment.
• 2+ years managing enterprise customers , ideally with six-figure contracts.
• Proven experience retaining, managing, and growing strategic customer relationships.
• A commercially minded approach to Customer Success with experience identifying expansion and upsell opportunities .
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where you may need to create structure and processes from scratch.
